At Santa Cruz Paleo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the new shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
